Success Through Teamwork: LÄPPLE AUTOMOTIVE Defends DAF Trucks’ Supplier Award

There is far more to this award than a single moment. As part of the Supplier Performance Management Program (SPM), DAF evaluates its suppliers quarterly based on key performance indicators: from on-time delivery and quality to cost efficiency and continuous improvement. A demanding standard that can only be achieved through consistent teamwork.

We were already able to demonstrate our capabilities last year. With a clear focus, high reliability, and the commitment of many departments, we impressed DAF in 2024 and set ourselves the ambitious goal of defending the award in the coming year as well.

And we succeeded: last week, our Sales Manager Hans Polder accepted the award on our behalf in Eindhoven. This award belongs to the entire team. That’s why it was then handed over to the colleagues who manage the SPM program, and from there symbolically passed on to all employees.

Because this success is the result of many daily contributions: precise work in production, reliable processes in logistics, and strong collaboration across all departments. It is the details in our daily work that ultimately make the difference and ensure that our products reach the customer at the right time and in the right quality.

This year, too, we are doing everything we can to further strengthen our collaboration with DAF Trucks and consistently improve our performance in all relevant areas—together as a team.
