Successful premiere: LÄPPLE AUSBILDUNGS GmbH hosted its first interactive experience day at its Heilbronn location. Around 75 guests from companies, educational institutions, and social organizations took advantage of the opportunity to gain practical insights into the wide range of training opportunities on offer—a resounding success for everyone involved.

In order to raise awareness of the wide range of educational opportunities offered by LÄPPLE AUSBILDUNGS GmbH and to appeal to new target groups, an interactive experience day was held for the first time at the Heilbronn site in July 2025.

Around 75 guests from the fields of business, schools, educational institutions, social counseling, and other institutions accepted the invitation. Among them were representatives from partner companies, job and educational institutions, and social counseling centers.

After the official welcome by Stephan Itter, spokesperson for the board of directors, and Alexander Feirer, head of vocational training and continuing education, participants were able to immerse themselves in the world of training and continuing education at LÄPPLE at various interactive stations.

The stations offered a wide range of practical impressions, including:

  • Working on CNC machines
  • Controlling an indoor crane
  • Interactive insights into the “New Learning Tech Lab” with modern IT and learning concepts
  • Technical tasks from everyday commercial apprenticeships

The feedback on the format was consistently positive: visitors showed great interest in the range of services offered by LÄPPLE AUSBILDUNG, engaged in numerous discussions, and expressed concrete interest in future educational partnerships or participation in programs.

In addition to presenting existing programs, the open house was also used to gather ideas for the further development of the educational portfolio and to further expand networking within the regional education and labor market landscape.

LÄPPLE AUSBILDUNGS GmbH looks back positively on the first experience day—and is already planning to offer this format regularly in the future in order to further strengthen its role as an innovative education partner.
