LÄPPLE AUSBILDUNGS GmbH continues to see strong demand in the area of vocational retraining. In March 2025, 25 new participants began their commercial qualifications. At the same time, numerous graduates successfully completed their training—a clear sign of the attractiveness and future viability of practical training programs.

LÄPPLE AUSBILDUNGS GmbH is continuing its training program: At the beginning of March 2025, 25 new participants began their retraining in the commercial sector at the Heilbronn site.

The new trainees are spread across three occupational profiles:

  • 6 Office management assistants
  • 9 Industrial clerks
  • 10 IT specialists

By starting their retraining, they are laying the foundation for a successful new career. LÄPPLE AUSBILDUNGS GmbH wishes all participants a good start and every success on their journey.

At the same time, numerous graduates successfully completed their retraining or training:

  • Commercial retraining: 6 industrial clerks, 4 office management clerks, 2 IT specialists for system integration
  • Commercial training: 1 industrial clerk
  • Industrial retraining: 4 machine and plant operators, 2 warehouse logistics specialists, 2 industrial electricians for industrial engineering

Irina Reisch deserves special recognition for completing her retraining as a machine and plant operator with a grade of “very good” (93 points). LÄPPLE AUSBILDUNGS GmbH expresses its special appreciation for this outstanding achievement.

The consistently high demand for retraining—especially in the commercial sector—underscores the need for qualified specialists and reflects the prospects that such educational paths open up.
