Great success for training at the Teublitz site: Tim Fischer, a former apprentice electronics technician for industrial engineering, was honored as the best in his chamber in the 2024/25 examination year. At the same time, LÄPPLE AUSBILDUNGS GmbH was recognized for its outstanding achievements in vocational training—a double honor that impressively underscores the commitment at the site.

A special day for vocational training at the LÄPPLE Group in Teublitz: At the award ceremony on Friday, April 4, 2025, at the Jahnstadion in Regensburg, Tim Fischer, a newly qualified electronics technician for industrial engineering, was honored as the best in his class for the 2024/25 examination year.

Stefan Stempfhuber, head of the spare parts business at LÄPPLE AUTOMOTIVE in Teublitz, and Michael Bauer, trainer at LÄPPLE AUSBILDUNGS GmbH, attended the ceremony on behalf of Tim Fischer and the LÄPPLE Group.

In addition to the personal award for Tim Fischer, LÄPPLE AUSBILDUNGS GmbH also received recognition for its outstanding training achievements. This recognition is representative of the ongoing commitment, professional quality, and daily work of all training managers at LÄPPLE.

The double honor is a strong sign of the high value placed on vocational training within the LÄPPLE Group—and a valuable motivation for future trainees as well as for everyone who actively supports them on their path.
